BOOKINGS & REQUEST

BOOKING A PACKAGE OR COURSE
We are happy you decided to join one of our trips or courses:
1. Please send us an email to booking@divecovery.com with your chosen trip, course, date and the number of participating divers (names, nationality, birth date, certification level, no. of logged dives, last date of dive).
2. As soon as we received your request we will reply with an email including details and confirmation of availability. Please read it carefully and follow the payment instructions.
3. After we received your payment, you will receive a booking confirmation per email, which we ask you to print out and bring on your trip, along with a filled out Medical Statement which we will send to you per email.

IMPORTANT NOTES
The price of the trip does not include your flight, visa and the --> National or Marine Park fees. Please make sure that you bring enough cash, it will be collected from you (EUR or $) on spot.
From the Egyptian Embassy (you find all addresses of Egyptian embassies on --> www.mfa.gov.eg) you can get your visa by at least 2 weeks before your trip starts or you can purchase it directly on the airport on which you arrive (about 20 Euro cash). If you arrive in Sharm el Sheikh you must ask for a tourist visa valid for all Egypt because the Ras Mohammed National park is officially not included in the Sinai Visa. For Dahab only you can get the Sinai Visa which is free of charge.
Your Passport must be valid for at least 3 month after your arrival to Egypt.
Included in the price are all the transfers like --> airport transfers, roundtrip transfers by bus, taxi or plane (as you booked), please note that the transfers sometimes takes a while and prepare yourself (drinks, clothes etc.).
Please recognize as well that the Egyptian Government requires a minimum number of 50 logged dives in the 4 Offshore Marine Park Islands - The Brothers, Zabargad, Daedalus and Rocky by law. All other Marine Parks and Red Sea Safari areas: Safari routes contain advanced dives, you should have at leat 35 logged dives and be an Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalent (course can be arranged along your liveaboard safari). We are happy to advise and help you with any questions regarding experience levels, suitability of dive sites or any other questions regarding diving or our offers.

INSUREANCE INFORMATION
The --> Red Sea Association rules (PDF) now says that all divers in the Red Sea must complete a --> Medical Statement Form (PDF) & a --> Liability Release (PDF) before diving, you can download the PDFs, print & fill it out and take with you on your diventure with us. All our safari guests must bring the forms and if needed the doctors certificate with them.
We highly recommend you to contract a travel or diving insurance (traveling, diving gear, diving accidents etc.). On diving safaris to the South Red Sea it is required by Egyptian Law.DAN (Divers Alert Network) offers you a number of different diving related insurances as the worlds largest and most professional diving insurance company. Visit the DAN website --> www.daneurope.org or simply contact your trusted insurance company to inform you better about their offers.

OUR BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read our --> Booking & Cancellation policy (PDF) carefully.
Once you tell us that you wish to book, we will hold your trip or boat space(s) for a maximum of ten days, to give you time to transfer your payment. If we have not received your payment at the end of that seven-day period, you will be deemed to have not confirmed and your trip or boat space(s) will be deemed to have been released by you. Thereafter, any payment received from you will be considered as a new booking request and will be accepted only as subject to availability at that time.

We announce your chosen date on our website and send out a newsletter to all our diving guests & friends for available spaces & prices.
